My name is Jeffrey Despommier and I am here to tell you that there is a solution. I've been in your shoes and know what it is like to struggle in your career. I started as a floor therapist and I wish someone had told me about all the possibilities available to therapists.
I am now a Certified Fieldwork Educator, an AOTA approved provider, an owner of a national education company, an Area Manager for a global technology company and have been mentoring students and therapists across the country for the past 10 years.
I know that if I can do it, so can you! I created an OT mentor program to help give you the skills, confidence and support you need to overcome challenges, advance in your career and achieve success in the field of Occupational Therapy.

Did you know that you can earn CEUs for mentoring?
Many states allow occupational therapists to receive continuing education credit for being a mentee. For example, in Texas you can earn up to 15 contact hours for being a mentee. Check your state OT practice rules for details. Even if your state does not recognize mentorship, there are a ton of benefits in having a mentor, one of which is highlighted below!
